SkillSphere Foundation is a student-run nonprofit in Delaware. We write free study materials for BPA competitors and run free workshops with partners like Code Ninjas. In August 2026 we delivered $4,000 in school supplies to Title I schools.

What we do

Three programs, all free

Everything we make is free to the student. We fund it through donations, partner support, and restaurant fundraiser nights.

Workshops

Hands-on sessions run by our student team, online and at partner sites. Marketing Foundations ran over Zoom; at Code Ninjas Pike Creek students built and programmed driving robots with LEGO SPIKE kits. Six workshops so far across robotics, marketing, and financial literacy.

School Supply Drive

Collection boxes at local businesses, restaurant fundraiser nights, and bulk purchasing. In August 2026 we distributed $4,000 in supplies across 13 Title I schools with the Delaware Regional Dream Center.

Free preparation resources for Business Professionals of America competitors, written by students who compete. An official Delaware BPA preparation resource: eight modules, each with a study guide, a slide deck, three practice tests, and answer keys.

The Dover distribution

On August 24, 2026, SkillSphere handed 45 packed supply kits to students at the Middle School of Innovation and the Middle School of Excellence on the Dover Middle School campus, in the Capital School District. Delaware Secretary of Education Cindy Marten joined the team at the table, with the district superintendent and other Delaware education leaders.

The kits came out of a statewide collection drive that ran from March to June: boxes at partner businesses, public libraries, and schools in Delaware and Pennsylvania, restaurant fundraiser nights, and a GoFundMe. In all, more than $4,000 in supplies reached students at 13 Title I schools, with distribution coordinated through the Delaware Regional Dream Center.

Secretary Marten praised the team's leadership and commitment to public service. WBOC-TV covered the day on August 24 and WMDT 47abc on August 25.
